PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please make sure to wash, condition, detangle, and style your hair before arriving. This helps me give you the top-notch service you deserve! If your hair isn’t prepared as required, it may lead to additional costs or the need to reschedule your appointment. The Do’s and Don’ts for Your Appointment DON’T show up with styles like ponytails, buns, twist-outs, roller-sets, perm-rod sets, or anything that alters your natural curl pattern. DON’T brush, pick, or comb your hair on the day of your appointment. DON’T use super sticky, greasy, or oily products like shea butter, coconut oil, or castor oil. DO cleanse, condition, fully detangle, and style your hair curly (with product) before your appointment. DO ensure your hair is dry. DO come ready to embrace and celebrate your natural curls!

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Any cancelations or rescheduling that occurs less than 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment time is consider a "late cancel" & will result in you being charged 50 percent of the service scheduled to the credit card on file . This includes: Emergencies, illness, travel delays or weather related cancelations.
